Learn how to access financial support to serve foreign national victims and survivors of human trafficking in your community! The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), operates the National Human Trafficking Victim Assistance Program (NHTVAP) for many states across the U.S. Through MOU partnerships, NHTVAP provides per capita funding to local service providers in order to provide comprehensive case management to foreign national survivors of human trafficking for up to nine months. Once a service provider agency establishes an MOU with USCRI, the agency may be reimbursed for client expenses and administrative costs for serving enrolled foreign national victims of human trafficking. This webinar will provide an overview of the NHTVAP program, becoming a provider with USCRI, and client eligibility. Staff from the Washington Anti-Trafficking Response Network (WARN), the International Rescue Committee in Seattle and API Chaya will provide insight on the benefits to clients in Washington State provided through this program as well. For questions, contact Rissa Obcemea, NHTVAP Program Officer or Marie Hoffmann, Outreach Program Coordinator for the Washington Anti-Trafficking Response Network (WARN) at the International Rescue Committee at email@example.com.
